Berwick Lodge is situated 45 kilometres south of Dunedin. It is located near the Sinclair Wetlands and is set amongst an exotic forest with native bush nearby.

The Lodge provides accommodation for a maximum of 67 people and has indoor facilities which include a modern kitchen, dining room and lounge, a gymnasium with a climbing wall, male and female toilets and showers, a drying room, and a sauna. All facilities can be accessed by covered walkways. The outdoor activities that can be utilised include abseiling, confidence course, flying fox, initiative course, kayaking, orientation course, rifle range, and tramping.
